Job Summary
Oversee hospital float pool operations, patient flow, and flexible resource management to meet demand while ensuring legal compliance and fiscal success. Prepare and implement business strategies, coordinate long-range planning, and monitor annual budgets for assigned clinical areas. Serve as the subject matter expert for nursing informatics, providing data-driven insights on staffing and hospital performance to stakeholders. Manage employment decisions for supporting team members and foster high-performing teams aligned with organizational goals. Requires Virginia RN licensure, five years of progressive nursing leadership experience, and a Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed in the Commonwealth of Virginia as a Registered Nurse
- 5 years of strong progressive career in nursing clinical practice and leadership with substantial strategic and operational experience in developing and leading large scale nursing programs
- Bachelors Degree in Nursing
