Director Nursing - Cardiac Cath Lab of Collin County

Provide leadership oversight for nursing care delivery in the Cardiac Cath Lab, assuming responsibility as department lead for the OR, Preop, and PACU. Oversee facility quality improvement, risk management, infection control, and team education. Provide clear direction to promote efficiency across clinical areas while ensuring patient needs are met per physician instructions and facility policies. Demonstrate respect for co-workers and develop positive working relationships within departments. Recognize legal policy limits and individual practice boundaries. Requires current RN licensure, BLS and ACLS certification, and two years of nursing management experience.
