Job Summary
Directs and maintains nuclear training programs across operations, radiation protection, engineering, maintenance, and chemistry; oversees accredited training and the simulator program; partners with line organizations to implement training for performance improvement of station staff; leads site duty team, emergency response, and outage activities; maintains INPO/National Academy for Nuclear Training evaluations and participates in industry groups; serves as a site leader with responsibility for training program quality and regulatory compliance; manages a team of about thirty employees including instructors, engineers, technicians, contract personnel, supervisors, and managers; requires prior experience supervising nuclear training programs and nuclear power plant operations or training activities.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 - 4 years of experience providing oversight for accredited nuclear training programs
- At least 2 - 4 years of mid-level manager (or higher) nuclear leadership experience
- Four years professional related experience
- Two years nuclear power plant experience
- Experience gained through college degree programs and/or certifications may be considered towards some applicable experience of above skills

- Maintain accreditation at each renewal
