Job Summary
Director of North America Retail Operations to drive operational excellence across the region and shape the company’s global retail operating model. This in-person leadership role based in Beverly Hills/Los Angeles partners with Global Retail Operations, leads rollout of new initiatives, ensures scalable deployment before broader launch, and drives daily operational performance across North American locations. The role emphasizes hands-on field engagement, cross-functional collaboration (Logistics, Loss Prevention, Planning, Merchandising, Technology, field leadership), readiness for new store openings, and accountability for KPIs such as inventory accuracy, shrink, replenishment, and omnichannel fulfillment. The successful candidate will coach a high-performing team, work closely with store teams, and be willing to travel; relocation to the greater Los Angeles area is anticipated. Compensation targets a base salary of $165,000–$185,000 plus bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- 10+ years of experience in retail operations
- experience at a multi-region or national scale
- experience in store operations, process design, and scalability
- experience with high-volume, high-growth retail environments
- experience piloting, testing, and scaling initiatives or operating models
- cross-functional leadership and influencing skills
- project management capabilities with multi-workstream initiatives
- hands-on field experience and regular store visits
- based in or willing to relocate to the greater Los Angeles area
- willingness to travel across North America (approximately one week per month)
