Job Summary
Lead the global Nike SB brand management vision by shaping the consumer strategy and marketing offense for skateboarding. Set seasonal and long-term marketing frameworks that connect Nike SB to core skate communities and broader lifestyle audiences. Drive storytelling across digital, print, and physical channels; cultivate relationships with pro skaters, team managers, and skate shops to strengthen authenticity across the skate ecosystem; coordinate with product, merchandising, digital, and retail teams to deliver unified product launches; activate grassroots programming, events, and localized marketing that resonate worldwide. Lead and develop a high-performing team while partnering with cross-functional leaders to build the future of Nike SB.
Required Qualifications
- 8–12+ years in brand management, sports marketing, or related field
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- Experience leading diverse creative and marketing teams within a global matrix organization
- Ability to build seasonal and long-term marketing frameworks; connect brand to skate culture and lifestyle consumers
- Proven ability to lead product storytelling and go-to-market strategies; manage internal and external agencies
- Strong relationships with pro athletes, team managers, skate shops, and community partners
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
