Director Night Warehouse

Ensure safe, accurate, and timely selection and loading of all outbound product while maintaining facility security. Achieve safety, service, and cost targets by overseeing night warehouse operations, planning department objectives, and leading strategic initiatives. Champion a safety-first culture through training, coaching Warehouse Managers, and developing on-floor associates to drive engagement and retention. Monitor operational data, inventory accuracy, and production goals to recommend changes for zero-error benchmarks. Establish and maintain operational procedures, including the Master Sanitation Schedule, and ensure compliance with OSHA and food safety standards. Oversee physical warehouse maintenance and equipment in cooler and freezer environments. Assist in interpreting collective bargaining agreements and administering discipline in union facilities. Plan headcount and monitor hiring to maintain service levels.
