Director, NICU-Nursery FT Days

Directly supervise personnel and assure the quality of clinical nursing care for patients in the NICU at all times while performing duties in alignment with organizational mission, policies, The Joint Commission, and other licensing and accrediting agencies. Maintain written documentation of qualification and responsibilities as a CCS certified community NICU Director. Ensure compliance with the performance improvement plan and support all clinical nursing care standards. Requires a BS in Nursing, current CA RN license, NRP and BLS certification, NICU training program completion, and three years of clinical nursing experience including at least one year in a regional or community NICU. NICU CCRN preferred.
