Job Summary
Director of New Business to lead GoGuardian's national net-new district-seller organization, coaching and scaling a team of Sales Managers and New Business teams focused on acquiring new school district customers and accelerating market expansion across the United States. Responsibilities include developing the national New Logo Growth Strategy, maintaining pipeline quality and forecast accuracy, partnering across Marketing, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Product, and Channel teams, and building executive-level relationships with district leaders while traveling to customer meetings and events. The role blends high-volume transactional activity with complex district sales cycles and requires leadership, coaching, and a data-driven, outcomes-focused approach to drive sustained growth in new district acquisition.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated success leading geographically distributed sales organizations
- Proven track record of driving net-new revenue growth in complex sales environments
- Experience leading both transactional and enterprise sales motions
- Strong analytical and operational capabilities with a data-driven management style
- Experience building repeatable processes and scaling teams
- Excellent executive communication and leadership skills
- Ability to travel nationally as needed
