Job Summary
Develop strategic Korea business plans for new business franchises in retail, gaming, and digital to drive CP revenue and build brands. Partner with category/product teams to define portfolio strategy, lead bridge content and digital/social lifecycle management, and execute territory-specific marketing activations. Serve as a thought leader to drive innovation with unique partnership models and go-to-market strategies, while overseeing metrics analysis for business case modeling. Collaborate with global franchise management, inspire licensees through presentations, and manage location-based activations from conceptualization to execution.
Required Qualifications
- Proven and successful background in Brand Marketing & Management
- Native Korean speaker
- Excellent written, verbal, listening and presentation skills in English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- highly collaborative working style
- Deep knowledge of retail business including retail marketing tactics, promotional partners/packaged goods and consumer products
- Relationship builder
- Must be able to attend an in-person interview with an NBCUniversal employee at one of our locations prior to a hiring decision
