Job Summary
Director, New Business Development for the Agency Vertical leading growth with media agencies. This remote, field-facing role requires prospecting and developing new business opportunities, consulting with clients to position NIQ audience data, planning and measurement solutions, and driving long-term relationships. Responsibilities include generating sales leads, managing a pipeline across a portfolio of accounts, negotiating annual or multi-year contracts with renewals, developing insightful presentations to educate clients on NIQ capabilities, achieving sales quota, and collaborating with Customer Success and Product teams to ensure client satisfaction and growth. Travel to meet with agencies and lead educational sessions is required; ideal candidate is driven, self-motivated, with programmatic, data analytics, and data-driven sales experience, and established agency contacts. BA in Communications/Marketing/Media is a plus. Salary range USD 93,800.00 - 170,000.00 with potential incentives; comprehensive US benefits; flexible working environment. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within the media agency, ad tech or data analytics space
- Established contacts within Media & Social Agencies
- Strong understanding of programmatic, audience data, measurement solutions and media buying processes within media agencies
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and growing revenue with large enterprise clients
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- BA with a concentration in Communications, Marketing or Media (preferred)
