Job Summary
Lead the development and execution of Greenfield Global's enterprise Net Zero and Carbon Management Strategy while establishing, tracking, and reporting progress against corporate reduction goals. Partner with Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Commercial teams to identify and prioritize decarbonization opportunities, evaluating the GHG impact of existing and future initiatives. Provide leadership on carbon regulations, compliance, taxation programs, and lifecycle assessment methodologies, and represent the company in industry associations and sustainability forums. Develop and maintain enterprise-wide carbon reduction roadmaps and performance scorecards, utilizing forecasting and analytics to drive long-term business value.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Sustainability, Energy Management, or a related field
- Progressive leadership experience in sustainability, decarbonization, carbon management, energy management, or a related discipline
- Strong knowledge of carbon markets, emissions accounting, lifecycle assessments, carbon taxation frameworks, and regulatory compliance
- Experience developing and implementing Net Zero or sustainability strategies
- Experience leading projects within manufacturing, industrial, or energy-intensive environments
