Job Summary
Director, National Accounts & Strategic Initiatives for Air & Water Solutions Pro at GE Appliances leads strategic national account partnerships across the Air & Water Solutions Pro channel, driving revenue growth, profitability, and category penetration. Builds executive-level relationships with senior customer organizations, negotiates complex agreements including pricing and rebates, and leads cross-functional initiatives across Product, Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance to align on strategic priorities, go-to-market plans, and long-term growth. Requires a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience), 10+ years of progressive sales/commercial leadership, and strong analytical, negotiation, and cross-functional leadership capabilities. The role emphasizes strategic account strategy, customer business planning, and delivering executive-level business reviews while fostering a customer-centric, inclusive culture within a matrixed organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college or equivalent professional experience
- 10+ years of progressive sales, commercial leadership, or national account management experience
- Demonstrated success managing strategic or national customer relationships within a complex business environment
- Proven negotiation, communication, and executive influencing skills
- Strong financial, analytical, and business acumen
- Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives within a matrixed organization
