Job Summary
Director-level National Accounts role in the Commercial Segment responsible for guiding the strategic direction of the National Accounts team, developing and executing sales strategies to expand market presence and profitability, building high-performing teams, maintaining relationships with key national accounts, establishing pricing and discount structures, leading major contract negotiations, aligning account objectives with company goals, collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, and Finance, and interfacing with senior management. Requires a Bachelor's degree, 10+ years of relevant experience, and 5+ years of management experience. Responsibilities include directing direct reports and lifting performance to achieve sales goals, with on-site requirements in Dallas, TX.
