Job Summary
Develop and set technology strategy across functional and technical directions for the business area. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, challenges, and goals, ensuring alignment with technical strategies for cloud architectures, microservices, or event-driven systems. Assess existing systems, recommend new technologies, and oversee integration of tools to improve operational efficiency. Create detailed documentation for architectural designs, including flow diagrams and deployment processes. Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring alignment on project objectives while adhering to regulatory requirements like SOX and GDPR. Guide development teams, fostering productivity and innovation while maintaining adherence to architectural standards and patterns.
Required Qualifications
- 20+ Years experience in the Technology industry
- 5+ years Solutioning experience in Investment Banking Domains, C&I Transformations
- Knowledge of Data Architecture (Data Modelling)
- Integration experience – API architecture, Kafka and Event Streaming
- Experience with Business Architecture and domain modelling – BIAN knowledge beneficial
- Experience and demonstration of agile practices
- Solutioning experience with both packaged and custom build software as well as third party vendors and partners
- Experience with collaborating to achieve outcomes across business, project and technical teams
- Technology or science-related degree
- Engineering certification
- AWS or Azure certification
- Stakeholder management
- Excellent Communication and influencing skills and ability to drive solutions in complex and conflicting priorities
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with Customer Onboarding, Refresh and Corporate Lending
- Experience with collaborating to achieve outcomes across business, project and technical teams
