Job Summary
Lead North American manufacturing operations by ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective execution across multiple sites while driving performance in safety, quality, delivery, productivity, cost, inventory, and customer service. Develop and execute annual operating plans, manage operating and capital budgets, and standardize processes to support business growth and long-term strategy. Build plant leadership teams through coaching and mentorship, champion Lean Manufacturing initiatives, and collaborate with Global Industrialization, Quality, Supply Chain, and other functional leaders to align priorities and achieve objectives. Represent operations on cross-functional teams and communicate business needs effectively. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Operations Management, ten years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience, and the ability to travel up to 25%. Located in Cresco, PA.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum of ten years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience.
- Demonstrated success leading multi-site manufacturing operations.
- Demonstrated success leading and developing leaders in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience managing operating and capital budgets.
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement principles.
- Ability to travel up to 25%.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience leading multi-country manufacturing operations.
- Experience supporting automation, industrialization, or capital project initiatives.
- Six Sigma certification or other continuous improvement credentials.
- MBA or advanced degree.
