Job Summary
Director, Tour Marketing responsible for developing and executing THE TEAM’s comprehensive, growth-centric tour marketing program; manage department and establish/maintain relationships with national, regional, and local promoters, managers, labels, consultants, and partners to drive ticket sales and optimized marketing budgets. Duties include formulating and communicating strategy, timelines, and marketing initiatives; approving marketing plans and budgets; coordinating radio plans, localized artwork, and asset creation; overseeing execution of marketing plans across ticketing, radio, digital ads, social media, PR, and tech; advising on VIP initiatives; serving as a central liaison for stakeholders; supervising interns in the tour marketing department; and contributing to development of systems to improve efficiency. Requirements include extensive experience in a related role (minimum 5 years), strong organizational and communication skills, solid knowledge of market/media buying and digital/social marketing, ability to work with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment, and tour marketing experience in multiple regions (APAC, South America, AUS/NZ a plus).
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in tour marketing or related role
- Strong organizational and project-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of radio, digital marketing, social media marketing, and tour marketing across multiple regions
