Job Summary
The Director, Manufacturing Science & Technology (MS&T) at Cellipont Bioservices leads a high-performing technical team to manage technology transfer, process optimization, and lifecycle management of manufacturing processes. Responsibilities include developing and implementing MS&T strategies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, managing budgets, and fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement. Candidates should have a Bachelor's Degree with 8+ years in a GMP environment, including direct leadership experience, and must possess strong mentoring and communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences or Chemical Engineering
- Minimum 8+ years in GMP environment
- Direct people leadership experience minimum of 7+ years
- Experience in writing, executing, and reviewing SOPs/MBRs
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in GMP manufacturing operations
- Cell Therapy CDMO experience
- Aseptic processing experience
- Proficient in Word and Excel
