Job Summary
Director of Ministry responsible for directing Moorings Park Institute's Ministry program, delivering worship services, spiritual education, and end-of-life care support across Moorings Park communities; collaborates with the Pastoral Chaplain to plan worship materials, conducts spiritual assessments, provides counseling and spiritual care, and coordinates religious/educational events and outside services; requires a Bachelor's degree in Christian Ministry or equivalent and at least ten years of ministry leadership experience with seniors; benefits include comprehensive health, wellness, and retirement programs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Christian Ministry or equivalent
- Minimum of ten years’ work experience in the ministry and leading a church congregation
- Experience working with seniors preferred
