Job Summary
Director, Middle East Capture responsible for shaping and capturing business development opportunities in the Middle East. Travel internationally, coordinate trade shows, and manage country-specific budget cycles. Develop capture strategies, craft cohesive business plans, and drive program-of-record execution. Represent Anduril to clients, partners, and stakeholders while aligning with engineering and program management to exceed customer needs. Lead proposal and capture efforts, growth across Anduril’s portfolio, and communicate Anduril’s value proposition to a broad audience. Collaborate with execution teams and product engineers to grow existing client relationships, explore new areas of work, and develop win themes and supplier strategies for competitive captures. Build and communicate revenue growth strategies, engage stakeholders to shape requirements, secure funding, and sustain partnerships. Willingness to travel and engage with international customers, partners, and potential markets; leadership in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment; fluency in relevant languages (Arabic language capability preferred). The role includes responsibilities across multiple Business Lines, requiring alignment with investment strategies and program plans, and a focus on capture and growth in the Middle East portfolio.
Required Qualifications
- Prior acquisition or operational experience with defense systems across across a variety of roles and missions
- Prior experience working with foreign militaries or ministries of defense, with emphasis on current operational needs and relationships across key partners in the Middle East
- Excellent writing, communication skills with experience presenting to senior executives and customers
- Ability to travel up to 50% – 75%
- Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S., U.K., or Australian Secret security clearance
