Job Summary
Director, Mergers & Acquisitions to lead the company’s inorganic growth strategy. Responsibilities include leading end-to-end M&A execution, evaluating opportunities, preparing materials (teasers, CIMs, management presentations, investment memos), coordinating cross-functional diligence (financial, operational, legal, tax, IT, commercial), managing data rooms and timelines, negotiating deal terms with senior leadership and legal counsel, leading divestiture activities, planning post-close integration, tracking synergies, maintaining acquisition pipelines, and communicating progress to executives. Requires strong financial modeling and analytical skills, project management, and experience in investment banking, corporate development, or private equity; 7–10 years preferred; Food & Beverage industry experience a plus. Salary range $164,100–$246,100; full-time in Oak Brook, IL.
