Job Summary
Lead enterprise-wide strategies driving sales productivity and in-store execution by developing and optimizing promotional planning and merchandise-driven initiatives. Partner with Merchandising, Store Operations, Marketing, and Space Planning to align enterprise priorities and establish clear merchandising guidance. Optimize model store layouts, fixture space, and labor support while overseeing the Sample Approval Letter process and serving as a subject matter expert on store execution capabilities. Develop and execute seasonal programs, promotional events, and store set documentation; direct project managers for key initiatives including Drive the Business and Field Leadership meetings. Lead communication efforts by distributing Sales Planners, Weekly Store Newsletters, and special project updates to ensure consistent program effectiveness across 9,000+ stores. Facilitate field feedback sessions and conduct regular store visits to identify improvement opportunities. Build and develop a high-performing team through coaching, performance management, and succession planning.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in retail merchandising, store operations, sales planning, or related functions
- Demonstrated success leading large cross-functional teams and enterprise-level initiatives in a complex retail environment
- Strong understanding of store operations, merchandising principles, and promotional strategy
- Proven ability to translate strategic priorities into scalable execution plans that drive measurable business results
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's degree
