Job Summary
Lead member discovery, voice-of-member, and stakeholder engagement efforts by conducting research, interviews, and segmentation analysis to identify unmet needs and growth opportunities. Assess member value, engagement, and retention drivers while evaluating partnership and go-to-market strategies. Develop recommendations on segmentation, positioning, and future growth plans to inform Chamber priorities. This role requires 5–10 years of experience in growth or membership strategy and reports to the Director level in a hybrid setting.
Required Qualifications
