Job Summary

Director, Medical Affairs responsible for developing and executing the Global Medical Affairs strategy for rinzimetostat and enozertinib, leading publications and medical communications, advisory boards, and KOL engagement across oncology, while coordinating with Clinical Development, Regulatory, Research, and Commercial to enable launch readiness and life cycle management; requires strong oncology expertise, strategic leadership, and budget oversight with travel up to 50%.

Required Qualifications

  • An advanced medical/scientific degree (MD, PhD, NP/PA, or PharmD)
  • 8+ years of experience in medical affairs, biotech and/or pharmaceutical industry
  • 5+ years in a senior leadership role
  • strong oncology background with biomarker-driven disease
  • experience with medical strategy, publications, and medical communications
  • budget management for multiple compounds
  • experience with US/global medical activities (training, medical information, publications, EAP, evidence generation)
  • clinical trial support (protocol development/review, site selection, enrollment, data analysis)
  • experience with product launches including regulatory submissions, label development, patient access and reimbursement
  • strong verbal/written/presentation skills
  • ability to travel up to 50%
  • ability to lead cross-functional teams
  • experience with advisory boards, congress activities, and patient advocacy
