Job Summary
Define and execute the country market access strategy for Revolution Medicines' RAS-addicted oncology portfolio within the Nordics, ensuring timely patient access to novel targeted therapies. Lead preparation and submission of value dossiers, benefit assessments, and pricing negotiations with statutory health insurance decision makers, while developing innovative pricing and value-based contracting models. Partner with regulatory, commercial, and medical affairs teams to translate clinical evidence into compelling value communications for local payers and health authorities. Represent the company at local trade associations, monitor evolving health policies and reimbursement environments, and drive launch readiness for multiple oncology assets. Align local access strategies with broader European objectives and contribute to overall business strategy within the Nordics Leadership Team.
Required Qualifications
- Lead Market Access & Reimbursement
- HTA & Pricing Filings
- Partner with regional and local Medical Affairs and Marketing team
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key external stakeholders
- Work with Midsized Markets and Regional Market Access teams
- Provide early market access input to regional and European clinical development and medical teams
- Lead negotiation with all levels of national payers
- Develop innovative pricing and value based contracting models
- Policy Monitoring
- Represent Market Access in Nordics Leadership Team meetings
- Drive access and value related projects
- Development of outreach and engagement plan for key payers
- Early access planning of new products and indications
- Influence European and Midsised Markets access strategy
- Travel nationally and internationally
Desired Qualifications
- Advanced degree (e.g., Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Health Economics, Public Health)
- A minimum of 10 years' experience in market access, pricing, reimbursement or health economics (pharma/biotech) in Nordics
- Proven value and benefit assessment experience, with deep understanding of Nordics payer decision-making
- Demonstrated success and experience supporting oncology product pre-launch, launch and post launch in Nordics
- Demonstrated success in negotiating pricing and reimbursement conditions with public administrations and health authorities
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to collaborate with internal and external partners
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Scientific and solution-orientated mindset and capability to move and execute in a rapidly changing, ambiguous environment
- Strong understanding of local healthcare systems, customer dynamics, and reimbursement environments
- Experience in a biotech and/or in a build-out
- High capacity of social competence for teamwork, coaching and situational leadership
