Job Summary
Director of Media Performance Analytics leading a cross-functional analytics function to improve media effectiveness through KPI analysis, forecasting, testing, and reporting. Responsible for evaluating media performance, developing traffic forecasts and budget pacing, translating data into strategic insights, leading a structured testing roadmap, and mentoring a team while coordinating with marketing, loyalty, data teams and external analytics partners.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- 10+ years of experience in analytics roles focused on media performance and customer data
- Strong analytical mindset with a solid understanding of testing methodologies and data evaluation
- Ability to work through ambiguity, form assumptions, and clearly communicate findings
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate data into a cohesive narrative
- Experience across multiple analytical areas such as customer analytics, e-commerce, retail performance, and conversion optimization
- Advanced Excel skills with working knowledge of SQL; experience with Python is a plus
- Familiarity with statistical analysis, data manipulation, and research techniques
- Experience analyzing A/B or multivariate testing results
- Ability to balance creative thinking with data-driven decision-making
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
