Job Summary
Director of Measurement Services leads and oversees ANE's Measurement Services, managing a team of 27 employees with 3 direct reports, and provides strategic leadership for the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of certification exams and related products. Responsible for exam development strategy, security, accreditation and ISO standards compliance, budgeting and resource management, cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders and vendors, and driving program evaluation and growth aligned with the organization’s strategic priorities. The role requires overseeing vendor management, credentialing and exam management services, and leading leadership-level initiatives to ensure timely, secure, and high-quality program delivery. The position emphasizes strategic direction, operational oversight, and fostering innovation and compliance across the Measurement Services portfolio.
Required Qualifications
- Doctoral Degree (PhD) or equivalent, or four to ten years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- PhD in Psychometrics, Educational Measurement, Industrial-Organizational Psychology or related field.
- Ten (10) years of assessment development, credentialing, job analysis, competency modeling, psychometrics, and budgeting experience required. At least five (5) years of leadership experience.
