Job Summary
Lead Fortress Private Wealth Solutions by developing and executing a comprehensive national accounts strategy for private wealth platforms and home offices. Drive platform onboarding, product approvals, shelf placement, and ongoing engagement with major wirehouses, private banks, IBDs, and RIAs to accelerate growth of Fortress’s alternative investment offerings. Influence territory planning, partner with regional sales, product, and marketing to ensure consistent national messaging and coordinated account execution. Represent Fortress at senior platform events, lead cross‐functional collaboration with investment teams, marketing, legal, compliance, and operations, and mentor a high‐performing national accounts team. Expect strong stakeholder management, strategic thinking, regulatory and governance discipline, and the ability to scale enterprise‐level distribution in a multi‐strategy, multi‐channel organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA, CFA, or equivalent advanced credential preferred
- 10-15+ years of experience in asset management distribution
- proven track record leading national account relationships at a major alternatives manager or traditional asset manager
- extensive experience navigating home office due diligence, platform approval processes, and enterprise‐level distribution agreements
- strong understanding of private wealth channels and alternative product structures
- exceptional relationship management, negotiation, and executive communication skills
