Job Summary
Director, Materials Planning & Work Prep responsible for leading internal logistics, production planning, industrial engineering, and Lean strategy across U.S. operations. Drive inventory management, capacity planning, and logistics network optimization; lead production planning teams to ensure efficient material flow and optimized production output using SAP. Develop and implement Lean initiatives such as Kaizen and Shop Floor Management; support SIOP processes; enhance cost efficiency and data-driven decision-making. Contribute to new product introduction through BOM accuracy and routing development, cost analysis. Experience in fabrication or assembly-based manufacturing environments preferred.
