Director, Materials

Guide sourcing teams in identifying and implementing sourcing strategies and supply chain management best practices. Plan and execute activities for timely, cost-effective procurement, inventory control, planning, and quality control of production materials. Develop, implement, and maintain policies, procedures, and material control systems to reduce costs and streamline operations. Establish global supplier relationships to ensure scheduled material availability and maintain minimum inventory levels. Coordinate with Global Commodity and strategic supply chain teams on supplier selection, risk research, and capacity management. Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure efficient function operation. This role directs materials flow strategies for the Materials segment in Orangeburg, SC.
