Job Summary
Develop and lead an enterprise-wide marketing strategy that supports company growth objectives, market expansion, and product line priorities. Translate corporate strategy into integrated marketing plans, campaign priorities, channel strategies, and budget recommendations while overseeing demand generation, digital marketing, and sales enablement. Serve as a strategic advisor to business unit leaders on brand positioning, customer segmentation, and competitive differentiation. Own marketing operations, including vendor relationships, performance reporting, and KPI dashboards to optimize investments. Lead and coach the marketing team while conducting market and competitor research to identify growth opportunities. Travel up to 25%. This role requires 10+ years of progressive marketing experience in B2B manufacturing or multi-division organizations, with a demonstrated ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.
Required Qualifications
- B.A. / B.S. degree in Marketing, or a related field
- 10+ years of progressive marketing experience
