Job Summary
Develop and execute the overall Opinion Leader engagement strategy for KOMZIFTI® in relapsed/refractory NPM1-mutant AML, transforming field-based observations into actionable business recommendations. Create and maintain national and regional thought leader segmentation frameworks while building influence maps to identify key networks and centers of excellence. Lead the process for capturing, synthesizing, and prioritizing KOL-generated insights to inform brand strategy and commercial execution. Design and execute advocacy development strategies for priority thought leaders, including establishing goals and progression plans for key Opinion Leaders. Own speaker bureau strategy, including content, speaker identification, recruitment, training, and performance management, alongside developing innovative peer-to-peer education approaches. Lead planning and execution of advisory boards and congress strategy for major national and regional hematology and oncology meetings. Partner closely with Regional Marketing, Brand Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Sales Leadership, and Compliance to ensure coordinated customer engagement strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 8+ years of biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry experience
