Job Summary
Director, Marketing Strategy and Go-To-Market responsible for shaping and executing a division-wide GTM strategy across client segments and business lines. Lead the evolution of offer architecture, positioning, and value propositions; align narratives and market timing; and drive organized, data-informed decisions to scale marketing impact. Build and mature capabilities for events, enablement, sales collateral, thought leadership, and cross-functional collaboration with segment marketing teams. Lead and develop senior marketing talent, set direction, and ensure delivery against strategic goals while operating in a highly matrixed environment. This role emphasizes strategic vision, hands-on market research and analytics, and the ability to translate complex concepts into clear actions that connect marketing initiatives to broader business outcomes.
