Job Summary

Director of Marketing responsible for shaping GA’s marketing and brand strategy across institutional investors, UHNW, and select retail channels. Build and lead comprehensive marketing initiatives, lead audience segmentation and strategy implementation, shape engagement with target audiences through impactful content, digital storytelling, and events; oversee integrated marketing campaigns for new product launches and existing fundraises; elevate brand visibility and messaging across regions; serve as marketing point of contact for client/prospect data efforts (Salesforce); establish KPIs and reporting frameworks to measure cross-channel campaign effectiveness across the firm.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 7-10 years of experience in marketing roles in asset management, private equity, or wealth management
  • experience in institutional and retail marketing (UHNW)
  • strong background in marketing operations, digital transformation, and campaign measurement
  • knowledge of integrated marketing across digital, social, experiential, and traditional channels
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • ability to influence across functions and geographies
  • hands-on builder with strategy and execution capabilities
  • ability to tailor messages for segmented audiences
