Job Summary
Lead integrated marketing strategy and execution for high-profile artists and labels across country, americana, indie, hip-hop, and metal markets. Own end-to-end campaign planning, rollout, measurement, and optimization using data-driven insights to drive measurable impact. Serve as the marketing point of contact for partners, providing strategic counsel to artists, managers, and internal stakeholders. Oversee culturally resonant campaigns, digital strategy, creator marketing, and fan engagement while collaborating with cross-functional teams on paid media, creative services, and audience development. Translate performance analytics into actionable recommendations and present key results to senior leadership. Requires 4 days in-office support with occasional late-night and weekend availability.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in music marketing, brand strategy, or entertainment/media
- strong track record of managing high-impact campaigns
- experience working within cross-functional teams
- Deep understanding of the music ecosystem across digital platforms, streaming, social, live events, first party data and fan engagement channels
- A strategic thinker and creative problem-solver
- comfortable managing a high volume of work
- Proficient in Audience Development with a focus on first party data like email and SMS, content strategy, performance analysis, and CRM tactics
- Strong communicator
