Job Summary
Director of Marketing leading a full-stack marketing function to own the entire marketing engine at Sittercity, spanning brand, creative, growth, lifecycle, and AI-driven capabilities. Define how Sittercity appears to the world, shape storytelling, and translate priorities into scalable, measurable growth. Sit on the Leadership Team and partner with executive leadership to drive revenue and build a durable brand. Own the full marketing funnel across B2B2E and DTC, develop holistic growth strategies, evolve brand positioning and creative systems, lead omnichannel acquisition and lifecycle programs for families and caregivers, drive product-led growth with Engineering, embed AI across the stack, and manage performance, attribution, and forecasting across channels. Build and lead a high-performing marketing team and evolve external partners as an extension of the team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or relevant certifications (Google Ads, Meta Blueprint) are a plus
- 7-10 years of experience in performance marketing across paid, earned and owned channels
- Hands-on experience with full funnel campaigns including broadcast media, Google, Meta, paid and organic social, SEO/AEO/GEO
- Experience managing lifecycle programs
- Deep familiarity with digital marketing and customer acquisition metrics and attribution including LTV, CAC/CPA, CPC, CPM, and ROAS
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and turn insights into strategies
- Experience managing multi-channel ad budgets and optimizing for KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, and CVR
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker)
- Collaborative, results-oriented mindset, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Exceptional leadership ability to coach teams to be their best
- Familiarity with the childcare or family services industry is a plus
- Experience effectively leading cross-functional teams and creating alignment for revenue impact
