Job Summary

Lead a global platform engineering organization by setting strategy, roadmap, and end-to-end delivery for the digital marketing platform portfolio, including customer data platforms, marketing automation, and personalization. Manage a team of experienced engineers and technical program managers while overseeing vendor relationships to ensure platform operations meet security, compliance, and reliability standards. Build and modernize scalable data pipelines that ingest, process, and unify customer, behavioral, and consent data across marketing, sales, and ecosystem partners. Scale self-service data and agentic analytics experiences to enable faster access to trusted campaign and audience insights. Partner with Legal, Privacy, and Security to maintain consistent data governance and establish standards for observability, incident response, and release management.

Required Qualifications

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant technical field, or equivalent experience
  • 12+ overall years in software or platform engineering
  • 5+ years leading managers, senior engineers, and external partners
  • Experience developing technical leaders and guiding distributed teams through organizational and technology change
  • Deep expertise in microservices and distributed systems architecture
  • Ability to set technical standards, design robust API-first platform services, and guide complex architectural tradeoffs
  • Strong command of modern data architecture: cloud-native production environments, event pipelines, database design (relational and NoSQL), data quality, governance, observability, and production operations
  • Experience building or operating customer data, marketing automation, personalization, analytics, or AI-enabled platforms at enterprise scale
  • A record of delivering complex programs across a matrixed organization while balancing priorities, risks, and team capacity
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to explain technical decisions in practical business terms

  • Experience evaluating platform investments through build-or-buy, cost, and business-value analysis
  • Interest in NVIDIA technologies, accelerated computing, or AI infrastructure
