Job Summary
Director, Marketing Planning And Strategy – Integrated Planning Lead to drive enterprise marketing planning, operational excellence, and cross-functional alignment across campaigns; build integrated marketing calendars, lead annual planning, governance, budgeting collaboration, and KPI reporting; translate enterprise objectives into actionable roadmaps and execution strategies; develop annual planning cadences, governance routines, and resource forecasting to improve alignment, capacity planning, and delivery; collaborate with Finance and leadership on budget planning and investment allocation; leverage data, metrics, and tooling to optimize forecasting, prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration across a matrixed marketing organization. Responsibilities include strategic planning & integration of marketing programs across campaigns, ownership of the integrated rolling calendar, campaign readiness, and performance operations & reporting; and partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 4 years' experience in marketing or related field OR 7 years'experience in marketing or related field
- 1 year's supervisory experience or experience leading cross-functional projects
