Job Summary
Marketing Director for a U.S. launch readiness initiative focused on a new Multiple Myeloma asset. Lead cross-functional launch strategy, messaging, go-to-market planning, and tactical execution; build and guide a high-performing team; partner with Sales, Medical, Market Access, and other stakeholders to drive launch success and cross-functional alignment; develop market insights and translate them into strategic actions; ensure regulatory and promotional compliance while navigating a dynamic, matrixed environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree Required
- 8+ years in pharmaceutical or biotech marketing or relevant industry marketing roles
- Experience in Multiple Myeloma strongly preferred
- Launch experience required
- Strong independent drive and strategic problem-solving skills
- Leadership and people management experience
- Ability to develop and execute marketing and brand strategies
- Knowledge of industry regulations, compliance, and promotional guidelines
