Job Summary
Lead U.S. launch readiness for a new asset in Multiple Myeloma, building and guiding the cross-functional launch team to develop strategy, positioning, messaging, go-to-market plans, and tactical execution. Partner with Sales, Medical, Market Access, and co-promotion stakeholders to drive integrated initiatives, inform strategy through market research and performance analytics, and manage both direct and indirect teams. The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 8+ years in pharma/biotech marketing with launch experience, and a strong capability in leadership, strategic problem solving, and navigating regulatory/promotional guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree Required
- Experience: 8+ years in pharmaceutical or biotech marketing, or relevant industry marketing roles
- Experience in Multiple Myeloma strongly preferred
- Launch Experience Required
- Strong independent drive and strategic problem-solving skills
- Leadership and people management experience with cross-functional teams
- Ability to develop and execute marketing and brand strategies for products
- Knowledge of industry regulations, compliance, and promotional guidelines
