Job Summary
The Director of Marketing at Ensemble Arts is responsible for overseeing all sales and marketing strategies for presentations, especially within the Broadway Series, contributing to a revenue portfolio of over $25 million annually. The role includes setting marketing strategies, managing KPIs, budgeting, and collaborating cross-departmentally to enhance organizational growth and audience engagement. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Arts Administration, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
- Seven to ten years of progressive experience in marketing and/or sales
- Experience managing multi-million-dollar revenue portfolios
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage complex projects
- Deep knowledge of the performing arts, especially Broadway
- Ability to work independently in a collaborative environment
