Job Summary
Develop and execute the Heart Failure marketing excellence roadmap aligned with divisional growth objectives. Establish best practices, processes, tools, and governance to improve marketing effectiveness, while driving continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and speed-to-market. Lead the strategic direction of marketing operations, including planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and technology enablement, alongside overseeing internal communications, events, and creative brand stewardship. Build and develop a high-performing multidisciplinary team focused on collaboration and accountability. Reporting directly to the DVP, this role spans marketing operations, communications, creative design, and commercial learning. The position requires a Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of progressive leadership experience. Base pay ranges from $172,000 to $344,000.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in marketing, commercial excellence, communications, or business transformation roles
- 5+ years leading teams
- Demonstrated success developing global marketing capabilities and leading organizational transformation
- Strong strategic planning, change management, and operational leadership experience
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across marketing, sales, medical affairs, and corporate functions
- Proven ability to influence senior executives and drive alignment across complex organizations
- Strong financial, analytical, and project management capabilities
- Excellent executive communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Medical device, cardiovascular, healthcare, diagnostics, or pharmaceutical industry experience
- Experience supporting global product launches or commercialization efforts
- Expertise in omnichannel marketing, customer experience design, and digital transformation
- Experience leading globally dispersed teams across multiple regions
- Knowledge of marketing technology platforms, CRM systems, analytics, and AI-enabled marketing solutions
