Job Summary
Lead the advancement of Workplace Solutions' marketing operations capabilities by driving the adoption, testing, and implementation of AI, automation, and marketing technology solutions. Partner with enterprise marketing partners and the Marketing Technology team to identify, prioritize use cases for enterprise-approved tools, and accelerate the adoption of innovative ways of working. Oversee the evaluation, implementation, and optimization of marketing tools and processes while ensuring compliance, governance, and operational excellence. Manage and oversee complex creative operations marketing projects from inception to execution, including project planning, resource planning, and change management. Evolve creative workflows to reduce manual efforts and train the team on content strategy development using a "customer first" approach. Build team capability in enterprise-approved AI-enabled creative development and streamline workflows through automation and process redesign to drive measurable productivity gains.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ Years experience in Marketing that aligns with the specific responsibilities
- 3+ years of managerial, supervisory, and/or demonstrated leadership experience
- 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's)
- Experience leading large-scale process improvement or workflow optimization initiatives
- Experience implementing or driving adoption of marketing technology, automation, and AI tools
- Strong understanding of marketing operations, workflow management, governance, and process design
- Hybrid : Employee will work 3 days a week in a Lincoln office

Desired Qualifications
- Experience in Marketing project management platforms (Workfront, etc.)
