Job Summary
Director - Marketing (Data Centers) responsible for owning strategy, investment, and performance outcomes for defined marketing portfolios and capabilities, translating business priorities into integrated marketing plans with KPIs, budgets, and timelines. Leads managers, teams, and agencies to deliver measurable results, partners with Sales, Product, and functional leaders, drives cross-functional alignment, governance, and brand consistency, manages budgets and external partnerships, and develops scalable programs while building talent for sustained performance. Travel up to 25% in a Worldwide Accounts/Data Centers North America context.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field or equivalent education and experience
- Masters Degree – Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred
- 10+ years of progressive marketing experience across strategy, execution, and performance management
- 3–5+ years leading and developing high performing marketing teams in a B2B environment
- Demonstrated ownership of programs, budgets, and measurable business outcomes
- Strong strategic planning, project management, and cross functional leadership capabilities
- High digital and data fluency, including experience with enterprise marketing platforms
- Proven ability to operate effectively in complex, matrixed organizations
- Industry experience in technology, product manufacturing, or supply chain preferred
- Ability to travel 0% - 25%
