Job Summary
Director of Marketing provides strategic leadership for Catamount’s marketing function, overseeing brand stewardship, marketing standards, pursuit and proposal support, team capability, marketing operations, and continuous improvement. The role partners with enterprise leadership to lead a distributed marketing team, establish scalable standards, strengthen CRM/project data management, and identify opportunities for modernization that align with the company’s growth and the AEC industry demands. Responsibilities include developing and leading the One Company marketing strategy, advising leaders on priorities and ROI, monitoring market trends, leading and developing a multi-office marketing team, governing the brand and materials, maintaining a centralized marketing library, owning CRM and project data governance, integrating systems (CRM, ViewPoint, Procore), guiding process transformation, and driving AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency, quality, and consistency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, preferably in the AEC industry
- Experience leading and developing marketing teams in a multi-office environment
- Experience with CRM systems, project databases, digital asset management, SharePoint, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and modern marketing technology
- Excellent writing, editing, communication, organization, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
