Job Summary
Director of Marketing to lead North America campaigns across new business and customer growth, owning strategy, execution, and performance of integrated campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise. Build and optimize multi-channel programs, define GTM by industry, and leverage ABM and lifecycle Marketing to move prospects and customers through the funnel. Partner with Sales, Product Marketing, Digital, Events, PR, and Social teams; manage agencies and contractors to deliver against business goals; translate performance insights into fast action. Requires 7+ years of marketing experience, SaaS background, and deep expertise in demand generation, ABM, and lifecycle marketing.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 7+ years of Marketing experience
- Line Management experience
- SaaS background preferred
- Deep expertise in demand generation, ABM, and lifecycle marketing
- Strong understanding of segment-based GTM strategies (SMB, mid-market, enterprise)
- Analytical mindset with a bias for action
- Ability to influence and align cross-functional teams
- Experience managing agencies and external partners
- Clear, confident communicator who can translate strategy into execution
- Proficiency in Salesforce and marketing automation platforms
