Job Summary
Lead a team of onshore and offshore research professionals to execute quantitative and qualitative healthcare studies, overseeing feasibility assessments, recruitment strategies, and vendor management. Drive operational excellence by optimizing panel utilization, resolving fielding escalations, and implementing scalable processes for difficult-to-source physician and HCP audiences. Partner with internal stakeholders to provide subject-matter expertise during business development and risk assessment while mentoring junior researchers. Maintain compliance with corporate standards and ensure accurate, timely data delivery across large project portfolios.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 7–10+ years of progressive experience in primary market research
