Job Summary
Deliver projects for global processes, data, and systems across the entire lifecycle from design to sustain on time, within budget, and to scope expectations. Drive key system decisions, escalate appropriately, and maintain awareness of cross-system impacts to ensure collaboration. Configure and prototype manufacturing processes, evaluate system capabilities for compliant and efficient development, and work with R&D, Quality, Operations, and Engineering to enable transfer of Cook priorities. Collaborate with the IT function to prioritize new system capabilities and integrations, aligning ERP and MES across North American, EMEA, and Australian entities. Provide education and training to user groups on system standards and best practices. This role supports Cook Medical's manufacturing and supply chain landscape, requiring significant travel scaled to the Plan-to-Make rollout phase.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical discipline
- Minimum of 10 years experience in an advanced manufacturing environment
- Significant ERP supply chain and manufacturing experience
- Oracle or SAP experience
- Working knowledge of supply chain planning and manufacturing processes
- Knowledge of process and software validations
- Strong computer skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, MS Project)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Willingness and availability for extensive travel, including international travel, scaled to the phase of the Plan-to-Make ERP rollout
