Job Summary
Lead global ERP projects for the Plan-to-Make workstream, delivering design, build, test, deploy, and sustain initiatives across North America, EMEA, and Australia. Drive key system decisions, configure manufacturing processes, and collaborate with R&D, Quality, Operations, and Engineering to enable Cook's future manufacturing environment. Partner with the Director of MES to ensure ERP and MES capabilities remain aligned, while working with IT to prioritize new integrations and system capabilities. Provide user education on standards and best practices, ensuring all activities adhere to Cook's Code of Conduct. This role requires significant travel scaled to rollout phases and involves influencing executive leadership across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Procurement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical discipline
- Minimum of 10 years experience in an advanced manufacturing environment
- Significant ERP supply chain and manufacturing experience
- Oracle or SAP experience
- Working knowledge of supply chain planning and manufacturing processes
- Knowledge of process and software validations
- Strong computer skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, MS Project)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Willingness and availability for extensive travel, including international travel, scaled to the phase of the Plan-to-Make ERP rollout
