Director, Manufacturing

Director, Manufacturing: Leads the manufacturing operation at the Oak Canyon facility, partnering with PV leadership to drive manufacturing excellence across quality, service, time-to-market, cost, and safety. Ensures alignment of local site goals with Division goals, develops and sustains reviews and processes to achieve performance, owns budgeting and projections, and resources manufacturing strategy in line with GQO Strategy. Builds strong collaboration with R&D and Advanced Operations, supports New Product Development and New Product Introductions, ensures site capacity meets short- and long-term needs, and champions a high-trust, high-performance work environment with robust talent management and employee engagement. Establishes site communications, ensures effective recruitment, development, and succession planning, and serves as a key member of the Leadership network contributing to the Peripheral Vascular franchise strategy. The role encompasses cross-functional leadership, field-based and onsite directions, and responsibility for delivering a superior Customer Experience through engaged teams and continuous improvement initiatives.
