Job Summary
Director of Manufacturing Operations Management leading and coordinating teams and processes across multiple manufacturing areas within a single Fort Worth, TX plant to drive efficient production operations, continuous improvement, and operational excellence. Build relationships to align with business objectives, manage a well-trained labor force, ensure adherence to GxP and SOPs, maintain rigorous quality control and documentation, lead strategic planning and cross-functional collaboration, drive performance management and talent development, foster a strong safety culture, and support regulatory compliance. Requires fluent English, extensive manufacturing leadership experience, and the ability to travel up to 10% and relocate as needed. On-site role with relocation support and a comprehensive benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +18 yrs; Assoc.+14 yrs; M.S.+7 yrs; PhD+6 yrs)
- 10 Years of Relevant Experience
- 6 Years of Demonstrated Leadership
- Preferred Qualifications: Production leadership and Experience in Aseptic or clean room environment
